Baby Massage Online Course
Now more than ever, we are aware of the effects the pandemic (covid-19, ‘the carona virus’) is starting to have on our health system, our economy and ourselves within the wider community. The time is now to make the Baby Massage Online option available. This platform is available from April.
While we concentrate on social distancing and contemplate the possibility of self isolation, there is one aspect of our health we also need to be considering. Our mental health.
For new mums, in particular, socialisation with other new mums is more than beneficial, it’s a necessity. Socialisation connects new parents with their ‘tribe’. It provides them the opportunity to discuss issues that are relevant and important to them at this time in their lives. Mums are able to offer each other social and emotional support and can often relate to the challenges that present themselves at this time after having a baby.
When you read this blog, I urge you to share it with those you know who are expecting babies and those who already have young infants.
This is interaction is so important and beneficial for both the baby and the parent. In terms of physical, social, emotional and mental health and well being.

We are still offering our in person program. The number of participants is capped at 4.
Our hygiene practices really haven’t changed much, though perhaps it would give you some comfort to know what these are.
All our towels are laundered in a hot wash cycle, and clean towels are provided to every group.
All our bottles of massage oil are cleaned between each session.
Parents attending the course in person will be asked if they have travelled overseas in the last 14 days and if they are feeling unwell. Participants are asked to stay away if they feel unwell.
Beverages are served from clean mugs and glasses, though participants are welcome to bring along their own drinks to class.
We will all apply hand Sanitizer on arrival.
We will sit 1.5 metres from one another.
Let’s be calm, be sensible. Let’s think ‘we’, not ‘me’. This pandemic will pass. We all need to do absolutely everything we can as individuals to ensure the best outcome for the wider community.
